Doing a Parish Audit

Help and advice is available to parishes wanting to develop the mission and ministry of the church in their local community.

Parish development can involve a number of steps and ideally should involve consultation with all members of the church to gain their support and commitment for future plans.

Development may include:

  • Defining a vision for mission and ministry
  • Developing your buildings
  • Reaching out to the community
  • Working in partnerships.

Please contact the Church and Society Department on 0161 828 1445 for help and advice on parish audits.

Are you thinking about what it means to be a local church and your future mission and ministry? If so we can help you obtain information from your congregation and local community by undertaking a parish audit.

A free resource pack is available to guide you through the audit process. To download a copy, click here.
