Mission Weekends
Every year, about 30 of our churches have a mission weekend. As a diocese, we have our own ‘Mission Weekends Team’ to help, equip and prepare the local church.
Churches learn about evangelism and growth by doing evangelism and growth. Having a mission weekend is a great way of doing and learning together.
Every weekend is different. A typical one will contain lots of hospitality, good food, welcome along with powerful preaching and deep times of worship and fellowship. Such a weekend can be focused towards the congregation, church fringe or local community.
You can plan your own event and the diocese provides help and support.
