Plan for Growth
A simple-to-apply scheme that enables a PCC to work out:
• Where they are now
• Where they want to be in three years' time, and
• How to get there.
In effect, Plan for Growth is a flexible template that can be easily used and
followed. It comes in the form of a set of concise and straightforward
booklets, one for each PCC member, and is supported by a team of trained
diocesan consultants who are themselves vicars in local growing churches.
