The Bishop of Manchester and the Lord Lieutenant will lead a celebration in each borough, or part of borough, covered by the Manchester Diocese. We ask clergy, congregations and communities to join us in worship, not only to give thanks for Her Majesty but also to celebrate local links between Church and Society.
The service will affirm how Church and Society connect through voluntary organisations, charities, civic and political life, education at all levels, health, media, police, emergency services, business and professional life, local culture, sport, etc.
All welcome.
