As part of national wedding week, Manchester Cathedral is to host an exhibition that celebrates marriage across the faith communities of Greater Manchester, ending with the large event on Valentine's Day. The communities involved and exhibiting include Christians Hindus, Jews, Muslims and Sikhs.
The exhibition, Made in Heaven, will run from 6-14 February 2010 and is free to enter.
The Lord Mayor of Manchester and the Mayor and Mayoresses of Salford and Bury will attend a launch event hosted by the Bishop of Middleton, on Monday 8 February at 7pm.
