ITN Mark Education, working in partnership with the Diocese of Manchester, on behalf of DBE Services, is proud to deliver a new portfolio of services designed to support schools and academies across the Diocese of Manchester (as well as five other partner dioceses).
This partnership has been created to provide a robust and sustainable recruitment, school improvement and support service, that allows schools within the diocese to take advantage of high calibre teaching talent for short term (supply), long term and permanent recruitment. ITN Mark Education recognises the need to support schools in the ever changing landscape of education, by providing leaders, teachers and support staff who can impact on teaching and learning and bring their classrooms to life to excite and engage pupils and promote independent learning.
The partnership also provides access to “outstanding” school leaders and advisors to support schools with all aspects of School Improvement, as well as a quality, school focussed range of support services (including Payroll, HR, Finance and IT services). The Diocese has negotiated an innovative pay-as-you-go model which also includes a profit share element.
ITN Mark Education has a proven track record for delivering Diocese Partnerships and has established and delivered many similar partnerships throughout the country over the last 10 years.
Our partnership model is bespoke to each diocese and requires collaboration. Over recent months ITN Mark Education and DBE services have been in discussion to create a partnership which reflects the Dioceses’ ethos, culture and faith in conjunction with ITN Mark Education’s values of being ethical recruiters who operate with integrity and passion.

iSingPOP (formerly Pop Connection) continues to grow across the UK with particularly exciting plans for the North West in association with the Diocese of Manchester. The project offers a wonderful opportunity for schools and churches to partner in a singing, dancing and recording project.
It gives every child in the school a chance to learn specially written pop songs from a Christian perspective, feature on their very own school CD and perform in an amazing concert in the church to which parents, family and friends are invited. As well as being a good educational experience and loads of fun for the children it also serves as a greatcommunity project whilst enhancing the relationship between church and school.
“You did an absolutely brilliant job during the iSingPOP week at Church Road Primary. All the children and staff had an amazing week. The performance at St Peter’s Church touched the hearts of all the parents and supporters. An enormous lift for the school, a wonderful vehicle to strengthen the links with the church, and a celebration of the precious children in our community. Thank you so much for all you did!"
