Our customer service team of Helen Fallone and Ayanda Reiss staff the reception area, answer the phones, help with enquiries and administration, and ensure good customer service.

Our regular communication channels include the CRUX magazine, diocesan website, social media, enews, videos and briefing materials for clergy. We also coordinate diocesan events, offer Comms training, design publications and produce promotional materials. The Property Department is responsible for the inspection, repair and maintenance, acquisition and disposal of the diocesan housing stock. Contact Richard Salisbury or Darren Bamford if you have a problem with clergy housing. The DAC team of Alan Simpson and Carol Done look after matters relating to the granting of Faculties, the use and care of churches and all matters relating to church buildings, their contents, and churchyards. Alan Simpson also looks after the Diocesan Mission and Pastoral Committee and redundant churches.
