God and the Big Bang is a national project that offers students (ages 9 -18) an opportunity to discover, discuss and debate the compatibility of science and Christian faith with inspirational role models in the area, including scientists and theologians from top universities in the UK. Offering workshop days for students and training for teachers, the project equips participants with the tools they need to participate in and lead well-reasoned and thought-provoking discussion.

We are seeking a full time Coordinator who will oversee the daily administration of the project as well as develop and deliver workshops for students and teachers. The post-holders will be enthusiastic about the project and be able to engage others.

There is an occupational requirement for the post-holders to be practising Christians, in accordance with Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.

For an informal chat about the post please contact Hannah Malcolm (Tel: 0161 828 1407).
