Liverpool Hope University looks to appoint a Chaplaincy Assistant from September 2009. This post offers an exciting and enriching year of engagement with students and the wider city of Liverpool through a wide-ranging volunteer programme. The Chaplaincy is an ecumenical team reflecting the joint Anglican-Roman Catholic foundations of the university, and the assistant would be expected to work with staff and students of all faiths and none. Accommodation is offered as a Resident Hall Tutor, and a small stipend of c.£6000.
