Donating and fundraising online to support the Diocese of Manchester.
How will your donations be used?
Your donations will be used to support the Bishop’s Ordination Fund. It supports wider diocesan efforts to grow the number of people undertaking a vocation, including the number of Ordinands already in training who in the future will be serving their local community at a parish church.
The Bishop’s Ordination Fund also provides grants to Ordinands to assist with their living costs.
How to donate
Donating online to support the work of the Diocese of Manchester enables you to:
- Give without needing cash
- If you are a taxpayer you can also make a Gift Aid declaration at the same time
- Donate at any time, not just at a church service
- Enter an event or activity and start fundraising via an online sponsorship page
The Diocese of Manchester uses Wonderful, which offers a transaction fee free donations and fundraising service to registered charities. During the process of making a donation you will be directed to your mobile banking app or online banking website to securely complete your donation.
