Authorised Lay Training 2026 – Applications Now Open

Applications are now open for our 2026 ALM Training course!

ALMs are dedicated individuals recognised by their parishes for their unique gifts, commitment and calling to lead. They play a vital role alongside their clergy and wider ministry teams, focusing on growing, nurturing and serving in their local parish community.

The new ALM learning year begins in January with our Core Leadership Module (available as face-to-face, Hybrid Intensive and online options) with special ministry elective options available after Easter (for ALMs and also as part of our General Lay Pathway training).
