A Joyful Gathering for an Autumn Celebration

St Clement’s in Manchester recently welcomed the local community to the church for a memorable Mid-Autumn Celebration.

St Clement’s in Manchester recently welcomed the local community to the church for a memorable Mid-Autumn Celebration. More than 120 people attended (despite stormy weather and heavy traffic!), including many Cantonese and Mandarin speakers and people of Southeast and East Asian heritage. Together, everyone enjoyed a Chinese meal and joined a busy pre-feast service translated into Cantonese. It was great to see so many new families coming to the church for the first time, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the free Chinese food that was in plentiful supply!
