The offices at St Johns House will close for the Christmas period at 5pm on Tuesday, 23rd December 2025 and reopen on Friday, 2nd January 2026.

We recommend noting these details in advance, in case of an electrical outage or loss of internet access.

All invoices for emergency call-outs should be issued to the Property Department, which will pay the invoice costs. Any follow-up work should be discussed with the Property Department.
