Talking Money 2026 – Teaching & Preaching Generosity

This one-hour session aims to help equip curates to teach and preach about generosity, to encourage a deepening of discipleship in believers, and to nurture a culture of generosity within churches as they outwork their vision.
We will explore the spiritual foundation of giving in scripture and introduce you to a variety of resources to support small groups within churches as they explore and deepen their own experience of generosity.
The session will be run by Jonathan de Bernhardt Wood, the Director of Giving and Income Generation and the Regional Giving Advisor Team from the Church of England’s Giving Directorate.
