Preparing for Petertide Ordinations

We are looking forward to gathering for this weekend’s ordinations of Deacons and Priests, when a total of 31 people will be ordained in our diocese – 10 as deacons and 21 as priests.

We are looking forward to gathering for this weekend’s ordinations of Deacons and Priests at Manchester Cathedral. Hundreds of people will be attending services this Petertide, during which a total of 31 people will be ordained in our diocese – 10 as deacons and 21 as priests.

Candidates have been taking part in rehearsals this week, followed by shared lunches together. Featured are a few photographs from the rehearsal lunches for those preparing to be ordained as deacons and priests.
