Register for This Year’s Whit Walks!

Registration for this year’s Whit Walks is now open! The Manchester and Salford Whit Walks are bringing community spirit to the city centre on the May Bank Holiday, 25th May. This much‑loved tradition, which features a colourful procession of clergy, parishioners, and brass bands representing churches from across the region, has been part of our local heritage since 1801.

Will your parish be part of this year’s gathering? Whether you’re rekindling a tradition from the past or joining the procession for the first time, we invite you to join us for this memorable day.

The closing date for registration is Friday, 10th April. This year, the fees are as follows:

• Parish/Benefice £75 (same as last year)
• Mission Community £150 (new category).
