Building Management Portal Update
The national Building Management Portal project team have put together some short videos to help users with the transition to the new system.
The Online Faculty System is now read-only, and the migration process to the new Building Management Portal (BMP) is underway.
The planned release date of the new BMP is Tuesday 6th October 2026.
The national Building Management Portal project team have put together some short videos to help users with the transition to the new system. The videos will be added to each relevant form in the BMP so that users can access them at the point they need them. They will also be hosted on a dedicated page within the overall Buildings Portal, so the links below are temporary.
This video provides a short introduction to the Building Management Portal:
Users will access the Building Management Portal through the CofE Portal. If you do not already have a CofE Portal account, you may need to create one.
Some users will need to complete a one-time registration process. This helps the system link the user to the correct role, church, and diocese.
