Seeking Choirs for BBC Carol Concert

While Christmas may feel a long way off in the midst of the summer sunshine, planning is already underway for another wonderfully festive event.

Following the success of last year’s BBC Carol Concert at Manchester Cathedral – featuring several local parish choirs and broadcast nationally on BBC Radio – we are delighted to be taking part again this year and would love to welcome more choirs.

Choirs taking part will need to be available for a couple of rehearsals during the autumn, as well as for the recording on Monday 23 November. On the day, rehearsals will begin at 3pm, followed by a two-hour break before the recording starts at 7:30pm.
