Andrew Earis is Director of Music at St Martin-in-the-Fields, where he has overseen the growth of the music programme to now encompass a broad programme of concerts, worship services and special events. This includes several voluntary choirs, choral training programmes for young professionals, and orchestral ensembles. Andrew is also director of the professional ensemble, St Martin’s Voices, which has presented concerts internationally, and has performed for major broadcasts on the BBC and Classic FM. Andrew regularly works with the Academy of St Martin-in-the-Fields and has also directed performances by the London Mozart Players and Southbank Sinfonia. As an organist, he has performed at King’s College Cambridge, Westminster Abbey and Washington National Cathedral.

Alongside his work at St Martin’s, Andrew acts as music consultant to the Church of England. He was responsible for producing online music resources which were used by thousands of churches during the Covid-19 pandemic and beyond. Andrew is also a frequent contributor to the BBC’s religious programmes as conductor and music consultant. He is a producer of output including Radio 4 Sunday Worship and Radio 3 Choral Evensong.

Andrew is a graduate of the Royal College of Music and Imperial College, London, and holds a PhD from the University of Manchester. In 2022 Andrew was made an Associate of the Royal School of Church Music and was also awarded the Thomas Cranmer Award for Worship by the Archbishop of Canterbury.

Harry Mobbs is a conductor and singer, and the newly appointed Choral Director of the Sing My Soul Choral Scholars, having previously served the programme for two years as an Associate Choral Leader.

Harry is best known as the manager and co-founder of The Mancunium Consort, which he has led from its foundation to international recognition, establishing the ensemble as one of the UK’s leading emerging professional choirs. Under his direction, the consort performs regularly across the UK and Europe and has developed a growing recording profile, with its second album, Still Waters, released in 2026 following their acclaimed debut A New Light on VOCES8 Records.

Alongside conducting, Harry maintains an active international freelance career as a singer, regularly touring with the VOCES8 Scholars Ensemble, as well as having worked on various other projects with Kantos Chamber Choir, Meridian Choir, St Martin’s Voices, Edvard Grieg Korene, and Echo Vocal Ensemble. He is an alumnus of Genesis Sixteen and the VOCES8 Scholars Programme, and a graduate of The University of Manchester. Harry is also a co-founder of Lantern Productions, a new company working with leading artists and ensembles to deliver high-quality audio and video media.

Harry’s work is characterised by musical ambition, energetic ensemble leadership and a commitment to making choral music feel vital and relevant to new generations of singers, audiences and congregations.

Oliver Heath is a Northern Irish conductor and tenor based in Yorkshire. He is Choral Director for the Diocese of Leeds and the Diocese of Salford, directing a wide range of ensembles, from children’s and parish choirs to university chamber choirs, cathedral choirs, and choral scholars. He also directs his vocal ensemble, Oriana, which specialises in exploring British choral music of the twentieth and twenty-first centuries.

Alongside his conducting work, Oliver is an in-demand solo and ensemble singer, regularly performing with leading vocal ensembles including Chamber Choir Ireland, Sestina, and the BBC Daily Service Singers. As a soloist, he has appeared in recitals and oratorio performances across the North of England, and was recently featured in the Leeds Emerging Artist Festival.

Oliver has also held emerging artist positions with The Sixteen, Chamber Choir Ireland, the Royal School of Church Music, and Sing for Pleasure, reflecting his commitment to artistic excellence and his growing reputation as an imaginative and versatile musician.

Katie is an Irish singer, conductor and music educator based in Manchester. She has nearly ten years of experience working across a wide range of music education and performance contexts.

As a singer, Katie is a member of the award-winning folk a cappella ensemble The Apex Singers, performing regularly across the UK and Ireland as well as at international festivals. She also sings with Somnium Chamber Choir, an emerging ensemble known for its ambitious and engaging choral performances.

She is a graduate of the St Martin-in-the-Fields Associate Choral Leader programme, through which she participated in masterclasses and workshops with leading conductors. She conducts Oldham Parish Children’s Choir and the choir at Holy Cross Primary School, who recently recorded for BBC Radio 3. She also works extensively with adult singers, directing MAPAS Community Choir and Barton Belles Community Choir.

Alongside her performing and conducting work, Katie is a Music Instructor for One Education, delivering whole-class instrumental tuition across a range of instruments and leading extracurricular choirs and ensembles. She holds a PGCE in Secondary Music from Manchester Metropolitan University and the Royal Northern College of Music and will graduate from the RNCM with a Master’s in Music Education in December.

Lorna is a freelance arts administrator and Music Partnerships Coordinator for St Martin-in-the-Fields, where she coordinates musical partnerships between St Martin-in-the-Fields and St Stephen Walbrook, St George the Martyr and Lambeth Palace, and the Sing my Soul programme in Manchester.

Lorna is also a mezzo-soprano, highly accomplished in solo and ensemble singing. She has performed song recitals around the UK at music festivals such as the English Music Festival, Wye Valley Music and Wigan Music Society, and in Norway at Rekstensamlingene, Bergen. Solo concert highlights include Elgar Sea Pictures with Stockport Youth Orchestra, Handel Messiah with Manchester Camerata and Kantos Chamber Choir, Mozart Requiem with Northern Chamber Orchestra, and Elgar The Music Makers with Stafford Choral Society.

Lorna performs and records with many ensembles across the UK and beyond, including Kantos Chamber Choir, BBC Singers, Jervaulx Singers, the BBC Daily Service Singers for BBC Radio 4, and the Edvard Grieg Korene in Bergen, with whom she sang at the BBC Proms under Edward Gardner. She sings frequently in the opera chorus of Bergen National Opera: recent productions include Rusalka, Die Fledermaus, the world premiere of Asle og Alida and La Traviata. In 2026 she has performed with Kantos Chamber Choir in the chorus of English National Opera’s production of Angel’s Bone. Lorna studied under the tutelage of Jane Irwin at the Royal Northern College of Music (BMus and MMus).
