Thy Kingdom Come invites Christians to pray for more people to come to know Jesus. Here are some ideas for churches wishing to organise prayer events between Ascension Day and Pentecost.
In a tradition going back centuries, local people were awarded Maundy money for their service to Church and community at a special service in Windsor.
The second cohort of Mission Community Leaders began their induction at Church House on 30 March. Eight more appointed leaders were joined by Bishop David Walker and Bishop Mark Ashcroft to reflect on their own calling to this role and explore the diocesan vision.
The meeting was well-attended with a wide-ranging agenda and lively discussion. The main focus was a session led by the Diocese's Living in Love and Faith Reference Group.
