Bishop David spoke in the House of Lords yesterday as the House considered the Victims and Prisoners Bill.
On Saturday 20th January, #MoreThanSunday 2024 was launched with an event at St John’s House.
On Sunday, members of Fabric Church held their first service in their new home - Ardwick Barracks.
CSA funding is a great way for churches to achieve their fundraising targets for projects which will benefit the local church and community.
This year’s Racial Justice Sunday is taking place on 11th February 2024.
On 17th May 2023 a bereavement support group was set up at Rochdale Parish Church. It is called Friends Together Bereavement Support, to identify that this is not a professional service, but a safe space for people grieving to come and share with others.
On the Feast of the Epiphany, Bishop David has written to clergy, lay leaders and readers.
It is with great sadness that we report that Revd David Thomas (Tom) died peacefully at home on 16th December. He was surrounded by love and prayer and is now at peace.
Bishop David shares a message of love, joy and hope to all this Christmas.
