On Saturday, a service was held at Manchester Cathedral to bid farewell to Bishop Mark Ashcroft.
The Revd Sydwell Isaac currently Curate at Milnrow and Newhey has been appointed as Incumbent of St. Martin Castleton and Incumbent of St. Aidan Sudden with All Souls Heywood (in Plurality) together with Assistant Curate of St. Clement Spotland and St. George Oakenrod (with special responsibility for St. George Oakenrod).
The Revd Canon Dr Chris Bracegirdle currently Incumbent of St. Peter with St.Philip Bolton le Moors has been appointed in addition as Associate Diocesan Director of Ordinands (ADDO).
The Revd Eddie Roberts currently Incumbent of St. Andrew Blackley, St.Paul Blackley, St. Peter Blackley, St, John Moston, St. Mary Moston and St. Chad New Moston has been appointed as Incumbent of Wilmslow in the Diocese of Chester. The date for his licensing is to be confirmed.
